We are currently seeking a meticulous, detailed oriented, customer-focused professional to fill the role of Immigration Consultant on our team.

Job description

Responsibilities and Duties:



Preparing and assisting with the preparation and filing of temporary and permanent residence applications and LMIAs. Assessing eligibility for various immigration cases Conduct consultations to assess client eligibility and recommend optimal pathways. Ensure clients receive timely delivery of services and information Actively pursue new opportunities within current accounts and from potential new clients Conducting in-depth research and remaining up to date on changes in immigration law and practice and drafting client alerts and memos on important developments Manage immigration cases, develop case information, draft submissions, prepare supporting documents & exhibits, and track case updates. Completing immigration assessments and providing feedback within SLA standards Have a clear understanding of the sales process and meet defined targets Maintain an in-depth, diverse, and current knowledge of our services, policies, and procedures Take full responsibility for all cases assigned Strong knowledge of Express Entry, PNPs, LMIA, family sponsorship, and other immigration pathways. Maintain strong client relationships and encourage referrals through excellent service Participate in seminars, workshops, and industry events to build brand presence and attract clients. Promote the NCCI brand professionally and ethically at every opportunity.

Education & Experience



Must be an RCIC in good standing with CICC (mandatory) 1-2 years of related experience working as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant or in the industry. Experience working in a remote, virtual team setting is preferred but not required
