We are basically looking for a person who can give his/her face in informative videos on immigration topics. which will be published on tik tok. we will help with content as well.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support and advocacy for clients in need, helping them navigate various systems and access necessary resources. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills to effectively assist individuals and families in achieving their goals.

Duties

Conduct assessments to determine client needs and develop individualized service plans. Provide guidance and support to clients in accessing services such as housing, healthcare, and financial assistance. Maintain accurate case documentation and records in compliance with organizational policies. Communicate effectively with clients, service providers, and community resources to coordinate care. Negotiate services on behalf of clients to ensure they receive the necessary support. Monitor client progress and adjust service plans as needed to meet changing needs. Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to improve service delivery. Utilize office software, including Word, to document case notes and maintain organized files.

Requirements

Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Excellent administrative abilities, including attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Experience with negotiation techniques to advocate for client needs. Proficient in using office software applications, particularly Word, for documentation purposes. A background in social work or related field is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience will be considered.
