Counseling the prospects about Canadian International Colleges / Universities and the courses offered
- Should have minimum 1-2 years of experience in Study Visa Counseling and filing of immigration applications in general

Responsibilities and Duties
Counselor will be Working closely with admission and training/Counselling teams to educate them about Visa Rules
Contacting the fresh leads, taking proper feedback
Helping the client to manage and provide advice in preparing the files
Taking appropriate action/ decisions depending on the situation in order to get more visa approvals

Undertaking the duties as per the business requirements apart from above.

Qualifications and Skills
Minimum Graduation in any field. - Should have minimum 1-2 year of experience as a student Visa counselor• in immigration consultancy office.
Excellent Communication Skills (oral & written both),

Pleasing personality & confident
An ability to communicate effectively with students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds
Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite, E-mails, etc.
Has basic knowledge of exams like IELTS, PTE, CELPIP etc.

Knowledge of Punjabi and Hindi is an asset.
