- Immigration Caseworker - Land2Air Immigration is currently looking for an ideal candidate who genuinely enjoys working with people. We are a Mississauga Ontario based Immigration firm assisting domestic and overseas clients in making Canada their permanent home. This chosen candidate must have strong background in working in an immigration office set up.   • Assist clients in the preparation and filing of immigration applications for Temporary and Permanent residence visas.
  • Research requirements for immigration processes/documentation via internet, direct phone communication with visa offices, host country government authorities
  • Prepare, organize, and submit standardized, well-written, and error-free support/sponsor letters and all appropriate forms in a timely manner.
  • Interact with clients to obtain and complete documents required for visa applications.
  • Review documentation provided by applicants for accuracy prior to delivery to representative for final review.
  • Complete assessments of immigration requirements based on information provided by clients.
  • Act as intermediary between representative and clients.
  • - Record keeping and managing all client data files within the company database and maintain confidentiality.
  • Respond to client requests and inquiries regarding immigration requirements.
What you bring to this role:
  • Assisting the Lead Consultant in processing applications
  • Researching the processes and requirements for different types of applications
  • Preparing the application forms working closely with the clients.
  • Files and monitors applications with appropriate agencies.
  • Aid in the client in-take process and respond to both basic and complex client inquiries by e-mail and/or telephone to ensure that applications are processed.
  • Performing various administrative duties including, among other duties organizing and managing files including tracking dates, doing spreadsheets, photocopying submission packages.
  • Participate in process optimization.
  • Finalize documents after review.
  • Ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with clients to gather required information.
Education & Experience requirement:
  • Minimum 2 Year of experience in an immigration consultancy or a law firm is required.
  • New graduates with less than 1 year of experience can be considered, provided the candidate has a very strong skill set.
  • College diploma or Associate or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree.
  • Able to speak Punjabi, Hindi, and English (Mandatory)

  • Full-time, Permanent
  • M-F with some weekend work.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $16.00-$20.00 per hour Benefits:
