We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to join our immigration team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in case management and a passion for providing quality care to clients.
Responsibilities
Manage and prepare Express Entry, PNP, and LMIA applications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to all immigration regulations
Conduct detailed reviews of client documents to meet eligibility and submission standards
Maintain organized client case files and provide timely updates to clients on their application status
Work closely with immigration consultants to prepare, review, and submit client applications
Communicate with clients throughout the process, providing updates and clarifying requirements
Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an immigration consultancy, with direct experience handling Express Entry, PNP, and LMIA applications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with confidential information with a high level of integrity and professionalism
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$18.50 per hour
