Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate

Case Worker

to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting individuals and families through case management, providing guidance, and connecting clients with necessary resources. Prior supervising experience is preferred, as the role may involve overseeing junior staff or volunteers. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, empathy, and organizational abilities.

Duties

Conduct assessments to understand clients' needs and develop personalized case plans Provide ongoing support and advocacy for clients facing various challenges Coordinate with community agencies and service providers to facilitate access to resources such as housing, healthcare, and social services Monitor client progress and adjust case plans as necessary to ensure goals are met Maintain detailed records of client interactions, case notes, and service documentation in compliance with confidentiality standards Collaborate with team members to develop program strategies and improve service delivery Supervise or mentor junior staff or volunteers, ensuring quality standards are maintained Facilitate workshops or support groups aimed at skill development or resource awareness

Experience

At least 1 year of work experience

in Canadian immigration (mandatory) Practical experience with: Work permits Express Entry OINP Visitor visa applications Strong understanding of IRCC forms and processes Excellent attention to detail Good written and verbal English communication skills Comfortable using email, Google Docs/Sheets, and basic CRM tools Willingness to participate in short
