Springwind Immigration is a growing immigration consulting services company. The Immigration Case Specialist is responsible for all aspects of case processing and support, client communication. The candidate should have high attention to detail and has an excellent command of English and Mandarin

Job responsibilities:

• Providing detail explanation to the potential and existing customers related to the immigration process.
• Knowledge and experience in Provincial Nominee Programs.
• Knowledge and experience in LMIA application.
• Preparing Immigration applications.
• Prior experiences in recruiting international students and processing study permit.
• Ability to close sales.
• Liaise with clients and immigration consultant.
• preparing forms and submission letters
• Researching immigration programs and changes.
• Offering additional legal services that would be a benefit to the client
• Managing client files and assisting with general administration.
• Job requirements:
• minimum of one year or above experience in an immigration service industry
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize, handling multiple applications through the process in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (Spoken and written) and Mandarin.

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Additional pay:

• Commission pay
• Retention bonus

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
