Immigration Case Manager
to join our team!
What You'll Do
As our
Immigration Case Manager
, you'll play a key role in supporting clients through every stage of their immigration journey. You will manage a diverse caseload and ensure each application is handled with care, accuracy, and efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing end-to-end immigration cases
-- including
OINP
,
PNPs
,
LMIA
,
spousal/family sponsorships
, and other application types.
Conducting initial assessments
to determine eligibility and developing
personalized case strategies
for each client.
Communicating regularly with clients
, providing clear updates, answering inquiries, and addressing any concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Monitoring deadlines and reviewing correspondence
from government authorities to ensure all applications are submitted accurately and on time.
Handling administrative tasks
such as data entry, document organization, and maintaining detailed case files.
Updating and adjusting case plans
as needed to reflect changes in client circumstances or immigration policies.
What We're Looking For
?
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in Canadian immigration case management, ideally within a consultancy or law firm setting.

Expertise:
Solid understanding of
OINP
,
PNPs
,
LMIA
, and
family sponsorship
processes.

Organization:
Strong ability to manage multiple cases and priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
