Canbridge Overseas Education and Immigration was founded in Vancouver, Canada, in 2008. It is a well-known study abroad and immigration service agency deeply rooted in Canada, the United States, and Europe. The company focuses on providing clients with comprehensive overseas services, including immigration, study abroad education, overseas real estate, global asset allocation, and more. Since its inception, the company has served over 20,000 international students and helped hundreds of families and individuals successfully immigrate to Canada. Canbridge has a team of licensed immigration lawyers (RCIC Immigration Association Honorary Members) and offers one-stop solutions, including language training, study abroad consultation, study abroad program planning, visa application, immigration planning, immigration services, full-service VIP settlement and property acquisition, and asset allocation.

The company's headquarters is located in Vancouver, Canada, at Crystal Mall in Burnaby. It has also established four branches at Aberdeen Square in Richmond. The U.S. headquarters is in Los Angeles, the Southeast Asia headquarters is in Singapore, the Middle East headquarters is in Dubai, and the mainland headquarters is in Shanghai, China. Additionally, there are branch offices in Shenzhen, Hefei, Qingdao, Chengdu, and Xi'an, all located in the core CBD areas of these cities. As of 2023, Canbridge has established physical offices in 12 cities across 5 countries, making it a truly global immigration company with over 15 years of physical presence in the industry.

Due to the rapid expansion of the company's business and projects, our team is looking for an experienced "Branch Manager" to join our Canbridge Overseas Education and Immigration family.

Responsibilities:



Expand the company's immigration and study abroad core business modules comprehensively and manage relevant project promotion and follow-up.

Proficient in North American immigration and study abroad project characteristics, familiar with Canadian provinces (PNP), federal immigration policies (Express Entry, AFIP, AIP, RNIP, SUV, C11, ICT), strong ability to learn about projects, and have a high degree of market sensitivity. Correctly analyze and grasp the industry market situation, with a preference for local employer resources.

Familiar with public/private educational institutions (primary, secondary, college, university, graduate) application requirements and visa application materials and processes.

Familiar with conventional visa and approval requirements (small and large visas, U.S. visas, family reunion and accompanying study visas, work visas, LMIA, provincial nominations, entrepreneurship visas, etc.).

Familiar with mainstream Canadian study abroad to immigration projects, including BC, Manitoba, Ontario, Atlantic provinces, etc.

Knowledge of European permanent residence (Greece, Portugal, Malta, Turkey), passport programs (Turkey, St. Lucia, Grenada, Vanuatu), U.S. EB1A, EB5 investment immigration, as well as the ability to provide advice and planning services from settlement and property acquisition to children's education, top private schools, and guaranteed admissions to schools in the UK, U.S., Australia, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, and other countries. Also, must have the experience of completing most of the project process successfully.

Possess rich experience and guide company consultants in customizing immigration and study abroad plans based on the different circumstances of clients.

Responsible for establishing and connecting customer acquisition channels, maintaining customer and channel resources, and exploring potential customers from existing resources.

Establish long-term and good relationships with customers, deepen emotional connections with customers, build first-class customer satisfaction, and increase customer referrals.

Qualification Requirements:



Several years of experience in the immigration and study abroad industry, with at least 1 year of management experience.

Proficiency in various study abroad/immigration policies and projects and good English language skills.

Goal-oriented, strong learning ability, and responsibility. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong social skills, rich social connections, and abundant customer resources.

Familiar with social platforms such as Little Red Book, Douyin (TikTok), Bilibili, YouTube, WeChat public platforms, and video channels, with deep experience. Have strong business development capabilities and passion. Familiar with social network strategies and tactics. Priority given to those with blogger resources. Excellent negotiation skills and a strong sense of responsibility and mission. Able to work independently and expand the market (critical).

Possess team management skills, assist the company in setting performance and systems, and be able to motivate team members.

In-depth understanding of overseas, especially Canadian, American, and European policies, timely feedback on the latest industry information, and a strong sense of market perception to grasp immigration and study abroad market trends.

Able to plan for the team and company's vision, passionate, actively promote teamwork, and be highly committed to achieving team and company goals.

Work Location:



Aberdeen Square, 2nd floor store, or Crystal Mall, 2nd floor store

Normal working hours, 5 days a week, 10-6. The applicant should have flexibility in terms of working hours and location, be able to handle work pressure and business travel, and have good communication and coordination skills.

Compensation and Benefits:



Fixed base salary + performance-based salary + high commission + personal/team year-end bonuses
