Duties
Proofread and review legal documents, correspondence, and reports for accuracy and clarity
Assist with legal drafting, including contracts, memos, and other formal documents
Manage and organize files using iManage and LexisNexis platforms
Conduct research on legal topics, case law, or relevant industry information
Support project management activities by coordinating schedules, deadlines, and deliverables
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of case files and administrative documents
Handle clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and document retrieval
Provide exceptional phone etiquette when communicating with clients or internal teams
Assist with interview scheduling and preparation as needed
Experience
Proven administrative experience in a professional office setting
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Experience with LexisNexis, iManage, and other legal research tools preferred
Excellent proofreading, writing, and legal drafting skills
Familiarity with project management principles and tools
Demonstrated research abilities in legal or related fields
Proficiency in data entry and clerical duties such as filing and record keeping
Ability to maintain professional phone etiquette at all times
