Immigration Assistant

to join our team in downtown Langley.



Prepare and manage service agreements, invoices, payments and basic bookkeeping Answer telephone and electronic inquiries Schedule appointments and manage calendars Maintain internal databases and case-tracking systems Order office supplies and maintain inventory Provide clear information and status updates as instructed by our consultants Assist Immigration Practitioners with gathering supporting documents, answering client inquiries, preparing the immigration forms Maintaining client files; manuals and computerized filing system Perform other general and administrative duties as required with a strong focus on detail and customer service

Qualifications:



Fluency in English language both oral and written is required Proficiency in other languages is an asset Working knowledge of Canadian Immigration (an asset) Able to maintain and perform duties with client confidentiality, privilege, and discretion

Education / Experience:



Experience in the Immigration field (is an asset) Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications Completion of secondary school is required Completion of Immigration Certificate Program (is an asset)

Working Condition:

40 working hours per week, on-site only, full-time & permanent

Starting Wage:

Subject to experience (20.00/h to 22.00/h)
