We are looking for an Immigration Consultant to join our team and provide comprehensive advice and assistance to clients regarding immigration matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing client eligibility, preparing and submitting applications, and providing guidance on the legal process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of immigration law, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and organize immigration application packages, forms, and supporting documents. Maintain and update client files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with immigration regulations. Communicate with clients to collect required information and provide status updates. Schedule appointments and coordinate with the immigration consultant Conduct basic research on immigration procedures, program requirements, and policy changes. Assist consultants or lawyers with file audits, follow-ups, and administrative support. Draft cover letters, submission letters, and client correspondence for immigration applications. Track application deadlines and submission timelines to ensure timely processing.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
