Immigration Care is seeking a detail-oriented

Immigration Assistant

to support our Immigration File Coordinators and Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs).

This is an

in-office role

based in our

brand-new office

Role Overview



The Immigration Assistant provides administrative, file, and client-support assistance to Immigration File Coordinators and RCICs, primarily in the areas of economic immigration and family reunification. This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities



Assist with the preparation and submission of federal and provincial immigration applications using online portals Organize and maintain electronic client files and internal tracking systems Assist with drafting routine correspondence and application support documents Communicate with clients to request information and documentation as directed Support client meetings, scheduling, and follow-up Manage incoming correspondence and respond to routine inquiries Coordinate information flow between clients, file coordinators, and RCICs Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient file progression

Immigration File Coordinator or other senior support roles

, depending on experience and business needs.

Qualifications & Skills



Fluency in a second language required

(French strongly preferred) High level of computer literacy and comfort with multiple online systems Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines Professional, discreet, and client-focused approach Experience in an administrative, legal, or immigration-related role is an asset Alignment with

Compensation, Hours & Benefits



Competitive wages

37.5 hours per week
