Position Summary:



We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented

Immigration Administrative Assistant / Consultant Support

to contribute to our busy consultancy team. The successful candidate will assist the Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) with client file management, administrative tasks, document preparation and communications to ensure smooth, accurate case processing.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist the RCIC in managing client files and documentation throughout the immigration application lifecycle. Prepare, organize, and review immigration application forms and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness. Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email and in person regarding application status and requirements. Schedule client appointments, maintain calendars, and coordinate internal workflows. Maintain and update digital and physical filings in an organized and compliant manner. Handle general administrative duties such as answering phones, responding to inquiries, and client follow-ups. Support research on immigration policies, updates, and procedural changes.

Qualifications:



Minimum 1-2 years of experience in immigration services support, legal administration, or related field Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM/document management systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively. Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential client information. Eligibility to work in Canada (Permanent Resident, Citizen, or valid Work Permit). Knowledge of Canadian immigration procedures and terminology is required.

Salary:

$18-$20 per hour

Work Schedule:



Monday to Friday, standard business hours (with occasional flexibility as needed).
