We are a busy and well-established dental practice seeking a highly organized, friendly
Dental Office Coordinator and Administartor
to join our team. This role is vital to ensuring the smooth operation of our front office and delivering an exceptional experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily front office operations, including scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and answering phones
Coordinate patient appointments and maintain an organized and efficient schedule
Verify insurance benefits, submit claims, and handle billing inquiries
Collect payments and review treatment plans and financial arrangements with patients
Maintain patient records accurately and securely
Act as a liaison between patients, clinical staff, and management
Contribute to a positive and welcoming office environment
Qualifications:
At least one year of experience in a dental office (coordinator, receptionist, or administrative role preferred)
Knowledge of dental insurance processes and billing
Familiarity with dental software (Cleardent, Paradigm)
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
