We are seeking a dedicated
International Medical Graduate (IMG)
with1-2 years of nursing experience
to join ourPreventive Care Call Center team
. This role focuses on delivering patient-centered care through telehealth and preventive health strategies.Responsibilities
Provide
goal-directed, patient-oriented nursing care
aligned with professional standards. Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, sharing ideas and concerns, and actively participate in problem-solving. Use clinical knowledge, skill, and judgment totriage incoming patient calls
, assess health needs, and provide appropriate guidance. Demonstrate understanding ofchronic disease management
andpatient self-care strategies
. Initiate and updateElectronic Medical Records (EMR)
for patient interactions, including visit purpose, history, and health needs. Accuratelyrecord patient vitals
when applicable and ensure readiness for virtual or in-person consultations. Maintainconfidential, concise EMR documentation
for patient follow-ups and preventive care recalls. Exhibitexcellent phone etiquette
and empathetic communication skills. Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving organizational operations. Ensure all medical information provided iscurrent, evidence-based, and unbiased
. Act as aclinical resource
for administrative staff, MOAs, and other disciplines.Qualifications
Minimum
1-2 years of nursing experience
(clinical or telehealth). Proficiency indata entry
, EMR systems, andMicrosoft Office
. Ability to work flexible shifts and collaborate effectively in a team environment. Strongtime management
, punctuality, and reliability. Attendance record in good standing.Nice to Have
Experience in
telemedicine or virtual care settings
. Background infamily practice or preventive care programs
. Familiarity withchronic disease prevention strategies
and patient education.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
