Duties

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans to enhance patient understanding of treatments. Utilize medical terminology accurately when documenting patient information and communicating with medical staff. Ensure a high standard of customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing patient concerns professionally. Assist with patient intake, treatment planning, and follow-up care to optimize results. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the spa environment, adhering to health regulations. Support the team with additional duties related to med spa operations as needed.

Experience

Proven experience in med spa settings or related healthcare environments is highly preferred. Strong background in patient service, assessment Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to aesthetic treatments. Familiarity with occupational health principles and maintaining hygiene standards in clinical settings. Prior experience with customer service roles that involve direct patient interaction is advantageous. Bilingual fluency in Mandarin is required; additional language skills are a plus.
