About the Opportunity
Are you passionate about helping students achieve their dreams of studying abroad? Life Journey Global is looking for motivated and experienced individuals to join our international team as Student Success Mentors (freelance). You'll be part of a growing education consulting firm that supports students from all over the world in their academic and career pursuits.
Key Responsibilities
Student Mentoring and Consultation
Offer personalized advice to students throughout their study abroad journey--from application to adaptation.
Provide culturally sensitive support tailored to academic and career needs.
Client Care and Relationship Management
Deliver continuous aftercare to ensure client satisfaction.
Build long-term relationships with students and their families.
Event Participation and Networking
Represent Life Journey Global at international education events like ICEF and ST Travel.
Help build new partnerships and maintain relationships with educational institutions.
Program and Event Planning
Plan and coordinate webinars, seminars, and both online and offline promotional events.
Help design and improve study abroad offerings and outreach campaigns.
B2B Sales and Collaboration
Promote our programs to language schools and education organizations across Chinese-speaking markets.
Build strategic partnerships with institutions to increase student enrollment.
Team Support and Training
Guide new sales staff and interns in understanding industry practices and Life Journey's mission.
Communication Management
Respond to student and partner inquiries via WhatsApp, WeChat, LINE, email, and video conferencing.
Other Duties
Carry out tasks that contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in the international education or study abroad field
Strong overseas experience and intercultural awareness
Native or business-level Mandarin Chinese
Proficient English communication skills
Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to work across time zones and cultures
