Your responsibilities
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Contribute and support the implementation of the store business plan and IKEA food action plan.
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Promote a safety-first culture, as well as coach fellow coworkers in ensuring routines and requirements are known and followed in all daily work.
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Ensure that the kitchen is always in optimal state, equipment is well maintained, and the products are in perfect condition and correctly priced.
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Effectively follow proper processes and procedures in terms of food preparation, safety and waste reduction.
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Actively learn about the food we serve and sell and share your knowledge with customers and team members creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
