Key responsibilities (title) Your responsibilities

Key responsibilities (text) \xe2\x80\xa2 Contribute and support the implementation of the store business plan and IKEA food action plan.
  • Promote a safety-first culture, as well as coach fellow coworkers in ensuring routines and requirements are known and followed in all daily work.
  • Ensure that the kitchen is always in optimal state, equipment is well maintained, and the products are in perfect condition and correctly priced.
  • Effectively follow proper processes and procedures in terms of food preparation, safety and waste reduction.
  • Actively learn about the food we serve and sell and share your knowledge with customers and team members creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
  • Keep customers in focus making sure that they have a consistently excellent shopping experience by empowering, challenging and coaching fellow co-workers to see through customers\' eyes.
