And no matter what menu items they order, there's one ingredient that's always constant — a smile.As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at IHOP, you will be responsible for providing hands-on leadership and supervision within a fast-paced environment to restaurant employees for all aspects of each shift worked in a single restaurant. This is a Full Time Position and you must be available for night and weekend shifts. You will assist the Restaurant General Manager in the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers great food and a friendly experience.Responsibilities

• Training and supervising a Team
• Ensuring all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to regulations
• Maintaining safe working conditions
• Maintaining high ethics and follow all company policies
• Following all HR policies
• Following all policies regarding the handling of cash, property, products and equipment. Keep restaurant appropriately staffed at all times
• Insuring the restaurant IS NEVER out of any products

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience
• Prior high volume breakfast restaurant management experience preferred * IHOP experience a plus. *
• Superior Organizational skills required
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees
• Must be able to follow and adhere to all brand standards and health department food service regulations
• Must be available to work nights and weekends

• 10 hour shift

• Moncton, NB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Restaurant management: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Food Safety Certification (preferred)
