The IGSF is searching for eligible candidates to act as Teaching Assistants in the Winter 2026 term.

Applicants must be students registered in a McGill MA or PhD graduate program in the Winter 2026 term.

Course Title and Course Number:

GSFS 200 Feminist and Social Justice Studies ( 3 Positions at 180 hours)
Note that postings are considered tentative pending the final determination of course offerings and enrolments.



Estimated Number of Positions:

Three



Position Summary:Instruction in conference sections; availability for student consultation/office hours; attendance in class lectures (when required by instructor); grading of papers, exams, and other course components; consultation with course instructor; assistance in the preparation of course materials.


Qualifications:Prior graduate or undergraduate study in subject matter of course; Strong overall academic performance; Suitable teaching skills.

Hourly Salary: $37.34

Total Hours of Work per Term: 180 hours

Position End Date: May 9, 2026
