Description of course:
This course provides an opportunity for students to research and learn about an emerging issue or area of IFA speciality that is of particular interest to them. It also covers specific topics at advanced levels, such as Identity Fraud and Corporate Due Diligence: Identity Theft & Corporate Due Diligence - The different types of identity theft, how it occurs, the different types of organizations and individuals involved and what their various roles are or might be, the practical issues that arise in these cases and the steps we (society) need to prevent this fraud from happening. The requirements for corporate due diligence are also covered.

Secondary Instructor
As the Instructor in the course, you will be responsible for liaising with the MFAcc Director and/or his nominee when required. New program development as per the requirements of the curriculum mapping. Providing feedback to the Director and/or his nominee. Consultation with the Director when appropriate.
Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications are either PhD in relevant discipline (completed) or for non University of Toronto graduate students, in progress, or relevant qualifications, professional designation or professional experience. We are seeking previous experience in teaching, teaching excellence, and mastery of subject area. Previous experience in teaching a similar course is highly desirable.
