What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Be Doing:
  • Fulfilling IAM systems requests including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access change requests.
  • Conducting identity life cycle management utilizing appropriate applications.
  • Providing day-to-day support to the Help Desk, connectFirst Users and 3rd Party Vendors with requisite operational procedures.
  • Creating and maintaining onboarding and provisioning process documentation.
  • Contributing to the creation and maintenance of identity management related policies, standards, and processes.
  • Performing analysis and fulfillment of role-based access controls (RBAC) and attribute-based access controls (ABAC).
  • Conducting attestations for applications and privileged access to minimize risk exposure in connectFirst, and maintain compliance.
  • Working with the Cyber Security team members and partners to ensure access request fulfilment service standards (quality) and timelines are met.
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining procedures related to the administration and management of user IDs.
  • Partnering with Architecture and Integration team members to implement and improve technology and process to enhance IAM monitoring, investigation, and response.
  • Performing internal daily, weekly, and quarterly access audits as regulated by each sponsor, security policy or internal audit.
  • Conducting access certification reviews based on the principles of least privilege and segregation of duties.
  • Representing the Cyber Security team as an Identity and Access Management subject matter expert.
  • Providing data analysis and information reporting in support of internal and external access management audits.
  • Contributing subject matter expertise to IAM continuous improvement and automation objectives.
  • Working with business stakeholders to transition user access and provisioning activities into the centralized unit.
What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Have:
  • 3 - 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in information technology.
  • 1 - 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in cyber security.
  • Completion of a related certificate, diploma, degree or designation program, such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, and GSLC.
  • Experience with Windows and MS365/Azure considered a strong asset.
  • Experience working with a cloud-based enterprise access management solution.
  • Knowledge of single sign-on (SSO) standards such as SAML ODIC, etc.
  • Knowledge of multi factor (MFA) principals and provisioning is required.
  • Awareness of Payment Card Industry Security Standards (PCI DSS) considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with NIST Cyber Security Framework considered an asset.
  • Some knowledge of scripting languages and data analysis tools.
  • A combination of education and experience may also be considered.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with an ability to learn other programs.
  • Good understanding of SSO Standards (SAML/2, ODIC, OAuth).
  • Accustomed to a team-oriented, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; both written and verbal.
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills; procedural, concrete, abstract.
