Your role

• Supervise team members
• Ensures the delivery of IAM Operational services in accordance with internal standards within the company
• Ensure team ownership and resolution of requests
• Ensure service level compliance and document exceptions
• IAM Service Provider Relationship Management
• Managing the life cycle of the identities of corporate and store employees
• Management of company accounts and application access
• High Privilege Access Management
• Deliver IAM governance services in accordance with internal standards within the company
• Ensure High Privilege Access Certification
• RBAC access drilling and development by business sectors
• Evolution of IAM self-serve offer
• Ensure the evolution of IAM tools and practice
• Ensure knowledge transfer across operational teams and service provider
• Involvement in various projects including integration of IAM services with new business solutions
• Identification and deployment of productive automated solutions
• Work closely with compliance functions (GRC and internal auditor)
• Produce and regularly present IAM management indicators / dashboards to demonstrate the effectiveness of the measures and processes in place.

The qualifications we are looking for

• Have a university degree in computer science or equivalent;
• Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in IT;
• Have 3 years of experience as a team manager;
• Have 5 years of experience in identity and access management;
• Experience/Knowledge of Active Directory, O365 and Microsoft Azure;
• To be recognized as an excellent communicator;
• Be able to make presentations to management;
