We are looking for staff with great communication and customer service skills. Weekday availability is preferred. *min. 1 year commitment - unless under contract for seasonal work Duties Include: - Ensuring company policies/brand adherence are followed - Greet all customers in a friendly and welcoming, professional manner - Fulfill customer requests with ice cream purchases, beverage and other menu items - Prepare and serve all offered menu items - Record customer orders into the POS System - Identity customer issues/complaints and take necessary steps to correct them - Perform refunds and special transactions through the POS System - Keep the service counter stocked at all times with the necessary items and supplies - Clean and organize the service counter when necessary - Maintain and clean the ice cream cabinets, dipping well to prevent cross contamination - Assist assigned employees with cleaning the customer seating area, utensil & waste counter as well as the restroom - Notify management of all customer and POS System issues - Notify management of low stock inventory in a timely manner - Inventory management and quality control systems - Perform other related and adhoc duties as requested Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal Contract length: 5 months Part-time hours: 16-20 per week Salary: From $16.00 per hour Benefits:
