Job Description
: We are seeking an Ice Cream Production Assistant to join our kitchen team!
Responsibilities:
Prepare base mix
Make inclusions such as cakes, cookies, and variegates to be mixed into ice cream
Assist the Kitchen Manager with making ice cream & packaging
Ensure quality control measures are followed to maintain consistent quality
Follow safety and health regulations to maintain a clean and safe production environment
Participate in new flavor development and recipe testing
Qualifications:
Positive attitude + excited about learning (most important)
Previous experience in a bakery or restaurant environment is a bonus Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately Knowledge of food safety and health regulations Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a teamTo apply, please submit your resume describing your experience and qualifications for this position.
