Duties

Prepare and produce a variety of ice cream flavors using high-quality ingredients. Operate ice cream machines and other equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area in compliance with food safety standards. Assist customers with their orders, providing excellent customer service and product knowledge. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills

Experience in the food industry is preferred, particularly in food service or food handling roles. Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks during busy periods. Proficiency in cashiering and cash handling, with experience using POS systems. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage positively with customers. A helpful attitude, willing to assist team members and contribute to a collaborative atmosphere.
