Welcome to OKVIS! We have great hours 9-5 Mon - Friday, Sat 9-4, Closed Sundays. Relaxed work environment, Great clients and Staff. Flexible Schedule, can work Part time if you like. Option to earn commissions for business you bring into the office.The ICBC Advisor's primary focus is to provide front-line customer service of Autoplan policies and take responsibility for the retention and account development of existing clients, quote and place new business as required.Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Servicing on-going OKVIS & ICBC client needs, advise on insurance matters, conduct needs assessment, recommend solutions, answer inquiries, conduct are calls and process renewals
- Sell new policies/writing new business to existing or new clients, retain existing book of business in an effort to grow book of business
- Actively participate in training initiatives
- Level 1 or 2 License
- Solid ICBC experience, minimum 6 month recent experience
- Great command of the English language (both written and spoken)
- Strong customer focus and administration skills
- Must be proficient in MS Office tools and have the ability to learn and work within insurance management systems - We use TAM & Compuquote
