Job Summary

:

The dental hygienist prescribes all aspects of oral hygiene for the clients they treat. Friendly patient care and maintenance of good oral hygiene is the practice focus.

Responsibilities

:

Prescribing patient oral hygiene, maintenance and scheduling patients for future oral care is the primary responsibilities of the dental hygienist with a focus of friendly patient care and maintenance of good oral hygiene. o establishing rapport with patients enter billing or treatment performed complete clinical charting notes follow-up phone contact with patients entre treatment planning as prescribed during recall prepare predeterminations for perio maintenance patients taking digital x-rays as prescribed reporting low inventory of dental hygiene supplies maintenance of dental hygiene equipment

Working Conditions

Clinical and office environment; limited exposure to hazardous materials

Education/Experience

:

Graduate of Dental Hygiene Program and registered with College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario, and*
New grads welcome
