About the Role:

As a Sterilization Assistant, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and infection prevention across our clinical spaces. You'll support dental providers and staff, ensure smooth daily operations, and help safeguard the health of both patients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Sterilize dental instruments and equipment following strict protocols Support clinical staff and maintain efficient patient flow Participate in staff training and orientation with a focus on infection control Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the center Monitor inventory and ensure timely maintenance of instruments Prepare internal communications (memos, checklists, manuals) Assist Dental Assistants and Administrative staff as needed Attend meetings and contribute to process improvements Document and ensure compliance with infection control standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement best practices Other duties as assigned

Working Conditions:

Regular handling of contaminated instruments and exposure to biological materials Use of chemical disinfectants and sterilization equipment (e.g., autoclaves, ultrasonic cleaners) PPE must be always worn Standing for extended periods Clinical and office environment with protected exposure to hazardous materials

Education & Experience:

----------------------------

Demonstrated ability to learn and follow health & safety regulations Dental assisting training and HARP certification are welcome but not required
