PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Ability to interpret OEM drawings for plumbing, pumps - motors, travel, and swing equipment (gearboxes & transmissions).
• Manufacture customized plumbing products; for referenced equipment's listed as:
• Mining Mobile Equipment (Excavators / Haul Trucks / Motor graders / Mining Shovels / Bulldozers / Support Equipment)
• Plant Process Equipment (Gearboxes / Lubricators / Pumps / Motors / Crushing & Sizing Boxes / Conveyor Lubrication & Belt Cleaning)
• Fluid Conveyance Equipment (Dewatering Products / Primary & Secondary Hose / Gearbox & Shaft Housings)
• Identify, assemble & distribute ground engaging tools, undercarriage consumables & supplies.
• Generate report details on as found products, record keeping and communications with Venture End users and office supervision.
• Identify and use analytical decision making to recommend products, strive to work with clientele on fleet based continuous improvement.
• Familiarize and adapt trending market products to end user fleets, analyze failed components & supplement components and make suggestions for continuous improvement.
• Use of leading-edge testing & analysis equipment / software.
• Deliver products to remote location / venture site as required.
• Order management and logistics planning

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to work both locally & remotely as required by schedule.
• Ability to adhere and maintain D&A requirements of end user and venture site requirements.
• Constructive mindset; analytical process management in recommending products, applications and usage guidelines.
• Customer service oriented; communicating details and key information to end users.
• Grade 12 Diploma is required.
• Class 5 License w/ Clean Abstract is required (NO MAJOR INFRACTIONS - NO SUSPENSIONS - NO DEMERIT EXCEPTIONS ABOVE 8 DEMERIT POINTS TOTAL)
• Industrial Training w/ Formal Product Training is Provided.
• Experience w/ Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Word / Microsoft PowerPoint & Other Various OEM Software's
• Clean D&A; ability to adhere to randomized drug testing as per venture site requirements.
• Clean Shaven (When Required)
• Some Mine Mobile & Plant Equipment experience is required.
• Ability to lift 50LBS and utilize body position when required.
• Ability to use measuring tools: Micrometers / Industrial Protractors / Calipers
• Valid Forklift Certificate
• Manufacturing Equipment, Testing Equipment & Assembly Equipment training will be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$36.00 per hour
