About this opportunity

Your main mandate will be to set up user accounts, respond to support requests by phone, by incident or request with excellent customer service for all systems and equipment in the IT service desk environment, in accordance with SOPs and /or current or revised help desk service level agreements.

Your daily routine will look like this - this position can be performed remotely (hybrid mode):

Incident handling

  • Install, repair and support computer systems, smart devices and peripherals for the entire company.
  • Diagnose technical problems by promoting first contact resolution and manage the life cycle of incidents.
  • Document all technical interventions.
  • Document and keep client procedures and environments up to date.
  • Ensure compliance with application standards and the evolution of universal images on workstations.
  • Advise users in requests for new needs.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and standards for all company users.
  • Administrate Active Directory in connection with User Applications (account management, machinery and group).
  • Deploy / Install softwares.
  • Ensure the evolution of our ways of doing things by advocating the automation of our processes / interventions.
  • Ensure the complete satisfaction of our users.
Request processing
  • Create and terminate users.
  • Manage ERP access on multiple platforms.
  • Manage requests related to O365 products.

Who we are looking for
  • DEC or DEP in computer science, combined with 2 years of experience in computer science
  • Experience in an environment of more than 1000 positions, an asset
  • Knowledge of the SCCM product
  • Networking knowledge of LAN / WAN and telephony (DNS, DHCP, GPO)
  • Knowledge of MAC environment, an asset
  • O365 knowledge (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office)
  • Knowledge of the principles of imaging and software deployment
  • Perfectly bilingual (French & English)
