Hybrid Floor Manager/Experienced Bartender

to join our team. This role is designed for someone who can both

lead our front-of-house team

work hands-on behind the bar

Role Responsibilities:

As Floor Manager

Lead, mentor, and support FOH staff to ensure top performance. Oversee guest experience from arrival to departure, ensuring smooth service and high sales performance. Handle opening/closing duties and ensure efficient operations throughout the shift. Manage labor costs, staffing levels, and inventory (non-alcoholic ordering & stock). Maintain strong communication with management and track/report daily performance.

As Bartender

Provide high-level bartending service during peak hours. Craft cocktails and serve drinks with consistency, speed, and creativity. Support bar prep, stock management, and cleanliness. Act as a role model for bar staff, reinforcing standards and service flow.
What We're Looking For:

Proven hospitality management experience with bartending expertise in a high-volume environment. A hands-on leader who motivates and inspires by working alongside the team. Strong organizational and communication skills, able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Passion for both guest service and craft cocktails. A professional, positive, and solutions-focused attitude.
