With the help of our dedicated team, we have completed hundreds of geothermal projects ranging in size from small residential projects to large commercial and institutional systems.We are looking for a positive person who will bring a passion for excellence and commitment to their work to join us, as we continue to strive to provide full design/build services for the most ambitious projects.This role encompasses both Project Management and Estimating and will require someone that can easily multi-task and manage deadlines. Attention to detail is critical.Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Primary Role - Project Manager: Project initiation/Planning

• Scope identification/validation
• Milestones
• Subcontract execution

Executing/Controlling

• Communication with stakeholders/staff
• Procurement
• Scheduling
• QC/QA
• Health & Safety
• Financial reporting
• Billing

2. Secondary Role - Estimator: Project Review

• Scope identification
• Site visit

Budgeting

• Bill of materials
• Quote procurement

Presentation

• Prepare proposal document
• Scope validation with stakeholders

Award

• Review and negotiate contract

• Construction experience (ideally in Plumbing/HVAC discipline)
• Project Management experience (Mechanical) or Engineering degree preferred, PMP designation an asset
• Technical skill - Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and product manuals
• Software:

• MS Office Suite (high proficiency in Excel)
• CAD
• Various accounting and PM packages

• Familiarity of current Building Codes and other industry regulations
• Valid class 5 drivers license (required)
