As an apprentice you will support in the installation, maintenance, and repair of gas systems and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on experience while working toward certification or licensing in gas fitting and HVAC trades.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the installation, testing, and servicing of gas appliances, piping and ductwork systems, heating, cooling, and ventilation units. Support licensed gas fitters and HVAC technicians on job sites by handling tools, materials, and equipment. Perform basic tasks such as cutting, measuring, and fitting pipes and ductwork under supervision. Help inspect and test systems for leaks, proper operation, and code compliance. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following safety protocols and procedures. Record work performed and assist in preparing reports or documentation as needed. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
