Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technicians to join our team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude. Experience with HVAC, gas and sheet metal is an asset. We will train where experience lacks a given task. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects utilizing schematics and construction skills to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.

Duties

Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems in accordance with industry standards and safety protocols Perform maintenance on heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to accurately diagnose issues Conduct brazing and pipe fitting tasks as needed during installation or repair processes Repair or replace heat pumps, water heaters and other mechanical components within HVAC systems Utilize mechanical knowledge to identify system inefficiencies or failures and implement effective solutions Assist in construction projects involving HVAC system integration or upgrades Maintain detailed service records and ensure all work complies with local codes and regulations

Qualifications

Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or Apprentice with a strong background in HVAC systems Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams or we will train Experience with maintenance tasks related to HVAC equipment and building systems Construction experience is a plus for installation projects Strong mechanical knowledge coupled with problem-solving skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC or related fields are preferred but not mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: Up to $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 43 per week
