We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Refrigeration technician to join our team at RTR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day mechanical operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of HVACR systems, and contributing to the realization of the long-term vision of the company.

Responsibilities:

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in mostly commercial settings.

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential problems and address them proactively.

Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies to minimize downtime and ensure client satisfaction.

Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies and systems for improving operational efficiency and enhancing customer service.

Keep accurate records of work performed, including maintenance schedules, service reports, and inventory management.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HVAC Refrigeration Technician.

Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques related to HVACR equipment.

Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Journeyman rate: $50/hr, apprentice ratio of Journeyman rate.

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
