Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC/plumber Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, refrigeration, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment across commercial and industrial settings. The HVAC Technician will ensure optimal system performance and safety while adhering to industry standards and safety protocols. A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites. Responsibilities



Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration equipment Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals related to HVAC design and property maintenance. Perform service technician tasks including equipment repair, system upgrades, and preventative maintenance to ensure efficient operation. Conduct plumbing work associated with HVAC systems when necessary. Use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters to identify electrical issues within HVAC/R equipment. Weld or perform mechanical repairs on various components as needed. Operate field service vehicles safely while adhering to all safety regulations. Assist with the installation of new systems and the modification of existing setups in commercial or industrial properties. Maintain detailed service records and report on system performance issues.

Experience



Proven experience as an HVAC technician or service technician with a strong understanding of HVAC/R and plumbing systems. Construction or property maintenance experience is a plus. Knowledge of schematics, HVAC design principles, and equipment repair techniques. Familiarity with refrigeration systems including ammonia refrigeration is desirable. Mechanical knowledge related to appliances, boilers, welding, and general equipment repair. Experience working with air conditioning units, plumbing connections, and mechanical systems in field service environments. Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively. Prior mechanic experience or background in boiler operation is advantageous. A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites. This comprehensive skill set ensures the successful candidate can handle diverse challenges within the HVAC field while maintaining high standards of safety and quality service delivery.

Pay: $22.23-$52.70 per hour
