JLN HVAC Solutions is a leading provider of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services in Greater Toronto Area. We are dedicated to delivering top-notch service and solutions to our clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. We are seeking a reliable and motivated Heating and Air Conditioning Helper to join our team and assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. The HVAC Helper will work on various projects, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

Assist HVAC technician in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Carry and move equipment, tools, and materials to and from job sites. Help set up and dismantle equipment and work areas. Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure proper functioning and safety. Assist in the troubleshooting of HVAC system issues and perform basic repairs under the supervision of a licensed technician. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Support the team in ensuring timely completion of work orders and projects. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and supervisors. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or lead technician.

Qualifications:

Valid Gas fitter License (G3 or G2) Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Previous experience in HVAC or construction-related work is preferred but not required. Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components is an asset. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments, including confined spaces and heights. Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and materials (up to 50 lbs) and perform manual labor. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to undergo background checks as required.
