Job Summary

We are seeking skilled HVAC technicians to join our team. We are a locally owned and family operated business. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in HVAC systems, plumbing, and mechanical knowledge. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. The HVAC technicians will work closely with clients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction while adhering to safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

Install HVAC systems according to specifications and local codes Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC systems Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling equipment Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently Ensure all installations are completed in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality standards Communicate effectively with clients regarding system operation and maintenance needs Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

Proven experience in HVAC installation or related fields Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems Familiarity with plumbing, welding, boiler systems, and appliance repair is preferred Experience in construction or related trades is a plus Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documents Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills for client interaction Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $20.17-$41.64 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
