Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various HVAC units. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to read and interpret schematics to ensure efficient operation of HVAC systems.

Duties

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential settings. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment. Troubleshoot issues with heating and cooling systems, identifying problems and implementing effective solutions. Build and plumb new HVAC installations according to specifications. Perform appliance repairs related to HVAC systems as needed. Weld components as required for system repairs or installations. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems and components. Proficiency in reading schematics and technical diagrams. Ability to build, plumb, and weld as necessary for HVAC installations. Experience with appliance repair relevant to heating and cooling systems. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on detail-oriented work. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments.
