Set up and fix HVAC systems and components.
Perform startup, operation, and shutdown tasks for HVAC systems.
Connect motors, compressors, and controls to power sources.
Install and replace water and air filters.
Test and adjust systems using refrigerant and gauges.
Assemble ductwork and handle pipefitting tasks.
Diagnose and fix issues with HVAC components.
Use blueprints to locate and resolve system issues.
Follow safety protocols and work in various conditions.
Provide professional and courteous interactions with customers.
QualificationsBachelor\'s degree in mechanical engineering or related field preferred.
3+ years of hands-on experience with HVAC systems.
Proficiency in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair.
Familiarity with refrigeration theory, pipefitting, and structural layouts.
Experience with HVAC diagnostic tools and building management systems (BMS).
Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Practical knowledge of worksite safety, occupational hazards, and standard safety practices.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Employment DetailsSalary: $68,000 - $73,000
Benefits: 40 Hours Weekly, Permanent, Fulltime, Onsite
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break. Overtime and occasional weekend flexibility may be required.
