Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Supervisor to lead our team in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to read schematics, ensuring that all HVAC systems operate efficiently and effectively. This role requires a hands-on approach to supervising technicians while providing guidance and support in troubleshooting complex HVAC issues.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of HVAC technicians, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including boilers, air conditioning units, and ventilation systems. Provide technical support and guidance to team members on complex repairs and installations. Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify issues and ensure optimal performance. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Train new employees on best practices for HVAC installation and maintenance. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.

Requirements

Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to weld and plumb as needed. Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings related to HVAC systems. Experience in appliance repair is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC are preferred.

Pay: $40.00-$48.00 per hour
