As a member of our team, you will plan, lay out, repair, and install HVAC equipment and sheet metal/ductwork. Job Responsibilities

Follow engineering and architectural drawings, sketches and work specifications Lay out, measure and mark sheet metal according to drawings Install sheet metal ductwork according to specifications and building codes Duct seal and insulate ductwork according to specifications and building codes Hang and install HVAC equipment including bath fans, dryer booster fans, ERVs/HRVs, parkade supply, exhaust and transfer fans, rooftop fans, air handlers, etc. Inspect product quality and installation to ensure conformance to specifications Perform other basic on-site tasks as directed

Job Skills & Qualifications

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift heavy materials and tools Valid drivers license Must be able to read and interpret blueprints Strong work ethic and a positive attitude Team player with proven ability to work independently and cohesively towards job completion Excellent communication skills and ability to professionally represent the organization with all stakeholders Accountable problem solver with the ability to oversee projects
Preferred:

1 or more years of sheet metal experience Knowledge of building codes
