What You'll Do:

Maintain, and repair HVAC systems and components

Perform routine preventative maintenance

Troubleshoot and solve complex issues in the field

Deliver outstanding customer service

Complete accurate paperwork and documentation

Participate in after-hours service rotation

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with clean abstract

Strong technical and problem-solving skills

Journeyman certification (preferred)

Experience with ServiceTitan (an asset)

Positive attitude and team-focused mindset

What We Offer:

$5,000 signing bonus for the right candidate

$45 - 50 per/hour starting wage (based on experience)

Schedule:

Full-time, permanent

Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts with potential overtime

Rotating on-call as needed

Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour
