We've recently acquired a company that came with a thriving HVAC division, and since then the phone hasn't stopped ringing. We're receiving a steady stream of calls, quote requests, and bid opportunities for HVAC work -- but we need the right person to take charge of converting this demand into revenue.

This is a high-impact role for an experienced

HVAC Sales Manager

who can take ownership of all incoming leads, close deals, and build the operational foundation for a growing division. You'll manage everything from quoting and sourcing to coordinating technicians and ensuring jobs are completed smoothly.

What You'll Do

Take ownership of all incoming HVAC leads and sales opportunities. Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for residential and commercial HVAC work. Close deals and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Source equipment and materials through your own supplier network. Build relationships with distributors and negotiate pricing to improve margins. Recruit, coordinate, and schedule technicians for service and installation work. Develop efficient systems for quoting, job tracking, and follow-up as the division grows. Work closely with ownership to build a scalable, profitable HVAC operation.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in

HVAC sales

, estimating, or project management. Existing

relationships with HVAC suppliers and distributors

(ability to source equipment directly). Strong understanding of HVAC systems, pricing, and job scope requirements. Excellent communication and client relationship skills. Organized, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently. Experience hiring or managing technicians is a strong asset.

Compensation & Growth

Base salary:

$60,000 per year.

Profit share:

Percentage of profit from all sales generated

above $30,000/month
