We're looking for a
Sales Manager
who can lead our sales efforts, coach our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to become stronger sellers, and help us build strategies for future growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead & Coach:
Mentor the CSR team to confidently handle inbound sales, and gradually develop outbound selling skills.
Sales Strategy:
Create and execute sales plans to achieve revenue goals and expand client relationships.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new opportunities -- including corporate accounts (banks, credit unions, resellers, and large print buyers).
Client Engagement:
Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and repeat business.
Digital Platforms:
Work with IT/marketing to improve websites, online ordering, and CRM systems for better sales performance.
Market Growth:
Analyze print industry trends and recommend opportunities for diversification (e.g., new products, services, or partnerships).
Reporting & KPIs:
Track sales performance, report results to leadership, and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications
5+ years of proven success in
B2B or print-related sales
.
2+ years in a
leadership or team management role
.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the print industry (required).
Experience with
CRM systems
(Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).
Strong business development skills, with a record of expanding client bases.
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Ability to balance
day-to-day sales operations
with
longer-term strategy and market development
.
