Job Summary

Norm's is searching for an experienced

HVAC Comfort Advisor

to help homeowners on Vancouver Island select heating and cooling solutions that deliver optimal comfort and energy efficiency. This is a client facing, sales driven role that requires both technical HVAC knowledge and high emotional intelligence.

Key Duties

Provide

exceptional customer service

, building lasting trust and generating referrals. Conduct in-home assessments and use

heat loss software

and

duct tables

to properly size systems. Prepare accurate estimates using

mobile, tablet, and desktop estimation tools

. Ensure all required materials and parts are ordered correctly and in a timely manner. Maintain detailed records. Guide customers through product options and benefits to support informed decision-making. Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining outstanding satisfaction levels. What You Bring

Minimum

5 years of sales experience

, preferably in HVAC, home services, or construction industries. Proficiency in

Microsoft Outlook and Excel

, plus HVAC estimating software on various platforms. Strong ability or experience with

heat load calculations and duct sizing

.(TECA,HRAI) Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly detail-oriented, organized, and accountable. Valid Class 5 driver's license and clean driving record.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary

: C$65,000/year

Commission

: Unlimited potential to earn in the

C$90-120K+

range depending on performance.
