We are looking for outside sales advisors who are driven to succeed, proactive and accountable in delivering on sales goals. This is a commission-based opportunity, you are paid exceptionally well for performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prospect and generate net-new residential account opportunities daily, consistently
building and maintaining a strong pipeline.
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating and closing
new business
Conduct follow up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate a referral base
Work with internal teams (sales, installation, service, office) to ensure smooth
implementation and long-term account success
Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing clients
WHAT YOU OFFER:
2+ years experience in sales within HVAC
